Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Diskmitra. By creating an account, uploading files, sharing links or using the Diskmitra apps you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

• You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your API keys secret.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create a creator account.
• We may suspend accounts that break these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the law.

2. Your content

• You keep ownership of what you upload or import. You grant Diskmitra a limited licence to store, process, stream and deliver it to the people you share it with.
• You may only upload or import content you own or are authorised to distribute.
• You can disable or delete your files at any time. Deleted public links stop working.

3. Monetization

• Earnings are governed by the Creator Agreement. Only eligible views, as defined there, generate revenue.

4. Service changes

• Diskmitra may change features, limits and integrations. We will give notice of material changes to these Terms.

5. Liability

• The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Diskmitra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
