Creator Agreement

This agreement applies to every Diskmitra creator who earns revenue from their content.

1. Eligibility

• Monetization requires an active creator account in good standing and approval by Diskmitra.
• You must accept the current version of this agreement before monetization and withdrawals.

2. Content you share

• You confirm you own or are licensed to distribute everything you upload, import or link.
• No illegal content, no content that infringes copyright, and nothing that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. How earnings work

• Revenue is calculated on eligible views only, multiplied by the CPM rate in effect on the day of the view. Rates may differ by tier, country or creator and are snapshotted with every earning batch.
• Raw views, self-views, automated traffic, refresh spam and views from suspicious sources are not payable.
• Earnings are held for a review period before they become Available.

4. Withdrawals

• You may withdraw Available balance above the configured minimum to a verified payout method.
• Withdrawals are reviewed manually and move through Pending → Approved → Paid, or Cancel with a stated reason.

5. Enforcement

• Diskmitra may withhold or cancel earnings tied to fraud, policy violations or valid copyright claims, and may suspend monetization.

6. Changes

• When this agreement changes materially, a new version is published and must be accepted to continue earning and withdrawing.
