Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Diskmitra collects and why.

What we collect

• Account data from Google sign-in: name, email address, profile picture and a Google account identifier.
• Content data: files you upload or import and their metadata (name, size, duration).
• Usage data: views, plays, downloads and device information used for analytics and fraud prevention. IP addresses and device identifiers are stored as keyed hashes.
• Payout data you provide for withdrawals, stored encrypted.

How we use it

• To run the service, deliver your files, count views, calculate creator earnings, prevent fraud and provide support.
• We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

• With infrastructure and payment providers strictly to operate the service, and when required by law.

Retention & your rights

• You can delete files and request account deletion by contacting support@diskmitra.com. Financial records are kept as required by law.

Security

• Sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies or short-lived tokens; API keys are stored hashed; sensitive data is encrypted at rest.
